Agents
Production agents on Azure
Build and run reliable agents on the Azure platform. The platform scales with you: from small proof of value to high-scale agents that serve your employees and customers.
Independent practice · Belgium
I design and implement Azure cloud-native platforms and AI agents from prototype to production.
What I take on
Start small with a proof of value. Scale to reliable agents on a scalable platform.
Agents
Build and run reliable agents on the Azure platform. The platform scales with you: from small proof of value to high-scale agents that serve your employees and customers.
Platform
Container Apps, Kubernetes, Foundry. The runtime the agent sits on, because an agent without a platform is just a demo. Backed by twenty years of infrastructure and application work, most of it on Microsoft Azure.
Transfer
Short engagements that leave you with running systems and the knowledge to keep them. Workshops, talks, and pair-building with your team.
Training
I train your team on building and running agents on the Azure platform.
A path I actually ship
Hover a layer. This is the production path I use for agents that have to start from a timer, a queue, or an HTTP call and then be observable.
The agent starts because something happened. It's not just chat. Agents do work in the background.
How the work goes
From business requirements to a design that is easy to maintain with costs under control.
Your tenant, your identity, your logs. I write the deployment code, the agent, and the boring parts around them. You see the work as it happens.
The job is done when the endpoint is live and someone on your team can operate the agent. At your disposal for support.
Operator
Owner of Inity. Based in Flanders, Belgium. Engineer and architect for more than twenty years, most of them on Azure. Former Microsoft Azure and AI MVP.
I write at baeke.info, run The AI Wire for Azure and agent news, record on YouTube, and speak at user groups and meetups. The public work is the best picture of how I think.

Contact
A short note is enough. Workload, Azure estate, and whether you need an agent, a platform, or both. I answer from Belgium, usually within a day.
